If a new TMS carrier user is setup, will they automatically get emails from TMS

Yes. If a carrier adds a new user to their TMS account, that user will receive Planning Alerts, which include Cancel Carrier from Load Alert, and
Tender Shipment Notification. A new user will also receive Edit Alerts, which notify edits to shipments, including Pickup Appt Change, Planned Departure Change, Delivery Appt Change, Equipment Requirement Change, Planned Arrival Change, Stops Add/Change/Reorder.

These alerts are automatically created with a new user account. If the user doesn't want to receive these defaulted alerts, they can go into the User Prefs button, then the Event Management tab, and remove them.
