As a carrier, how do I determine the Charge and Allowance code for TMS contract accessorials?

A user, who has access to Contract Management, can click into "Contact Management", click on the Contract tab, and see their TMS contracts with their shipper customers. By clicking on the appropriate contract, and clicking on the accessorials button, the list of contract associated accessorials can be seen. Choose the appropriate accessorial and click on the View Details button. The charge and allowance code will be at the bottom left of the window.

If you don't see accessorial charges at the contract level, also check the section level, or even the lane level. Usually accessorial charges are associated to the contract section level. The section level can be accessed by clicking on the View Sections button when viewing the list of contracts under the Contracts tab, then click on the Section ACC button, or sometimes the Area ACC button. Whether the accessorial you need information on is located at the Contract, Section, or Lane level, or combination of either of these, depends on how it was setup by the shipper.
