FAQ: Can I add a new user to Web Forms?
Answer
Only one username and password may be used to access a
single Web Forms account. Although access can be shared with multiple users
within an organization by entering the same user name and password. Please note that all uses have the same level of access
and it is therefore recommended that simultaneous logons not be performed.
In order to make modifications to the Username or Password, select Options and
Change Username and Password.
