What do customers need to do to switch EDI standard versions of  data within Web Forms

Technote (FAQ)

Question

What do customers need to do to switch EDI standard versions of  data within Web Forms

Answer

Web Forms customers do not have to do anything in regards to requests to
upgrade their software version (example for 3060 to 4010). The Web Forms
Community works directly with the Sterling Commerce Mapping team in regards
to formatting issues and requests to upgrade the software version should
be sent directly from the Hub/Sponsor to Sterling. There is no action
that needs to take place on the part of the Sterling Commerce Web Forms
customer. Generally the Hub/sponsor will need to contact their Sterling Sales representative

All version implementations take place behind the scenes and it
should occur seamlessly to the customer and not be noticeable.
