Problem
Incorrect mail alignment is observed in the body of an email message received from the specific application. The body of the mail looks like below.
Resolving the problem
In this case, the issue was resolved after performing following steps.
1. Open the Preference , by going to File > Preference > User preference
2. Under Additional options there is an option "Disable embedded Browser for MIME mail ".
3. Toggle this option "Disable embedded Browser for MIME mail" and close the Preferences window.
4. Reopen the same email and check if the issue gets resolved.
Note:- Please note that, toggling this option will resolve the issue in some cases but not all. The mail might be having some internal problems which needs to be investigated on case by case basic. Please contact Lotus support if you need further assistance.
