Problem(Abstract)

CNM558I THE NETVIEW SUBSYSTEM MESSAGE ROUTER IS NOT ACTIVE

Symptom

See the following message in the CNMPSSI startup procedure:

CNM558I THE NETVIEW SUBSYSTEM MESSAGE ROUTER IS NOT ACTIVE

Cause

The CNM558I is reporting that the SSIR task in CNMPROC is not yet active.

Resolving the problem

The issue was resolved by starting the CNMPROC procedure. The CNM558I msg is valid until CNMPROC is started and the SSIR task becomes active. You will see a CNM559I message issued indicating automation is resumed after CNMPROC is started. Message CNM558I is normal until CNMPROC is started and SSIR is active.
