Preventive Service Planning
On Wednesday August 31st, 2011, OpenPages will transition to the IBM Service Request tool (IBM SR) to accept new technical service requests (support cases) from customers.
Starting August 31st, customers should go to the IBM Service Request tool on the IBM Support portal to open new technical service requests.
Visit the Service Request Assistance page for resources to help you with the IBM SR tool including access to the Service Request help desk. In addition an IBM Electronic Support Channel has been created on YouTube with videos covering a variety of topics including the Service Request tool and instructions on specific account management actions available to you.
