Technote (troubleshooting)
Problem
You notice slow performance when scrolling through Inbox pages in Lotus iNotes Lite mode. This issue does not occur in Lotus iNotes Full mode.
Steps to reproduce
1. In Preferences, select "Show documents one page at a time (Faster load time).
2. Scroll through pages of your inbox (e.g., containing 2000+ messages). You may notice slow performance.
Resolving the problem
By design, iNotes Lite mode does not cache the inbox. SPR #SKJI7TZDBB has been submitted to Quality Engineering as an enhancement request to improve single-click scrolling.
