Abstract
The primary purpose of this document is to communicate the planned outages calendar for the IBM Initiate Exchange Service production system.
Content
IBM reserves a production system maintenance window to occur the first Sunday of each month with a minimum duration of 2 hours. During this maintenance window, IBM will perform any necessary maintenance to the supporting system hardware and systems software as well as promote IBM software changes to the Exchange service offering. Unless otherwise noted, all maintenance performed will result in intermittent service disruptions. The next planned maintenance window is indicated in BOLD below.
