Database Error: A database query unexpectedly failed to return any results
Customer sees the message "Database Error: A database query unexpectedly failed to return any results"
Resolving the problem
This error occurs when creating a custom copy of a predefined property where there is a localized string for the property name.
Note: This error only occurs with non-English TEM deployments.
This error message is persistent once it is generated until the Edit Properties dialog is closed. Even if you try to do a valid operation not involving localized properties, you'll still get the error if you saw it and haven't exited the dialog.
You have the option to Ignore or Close the Console when the error is generated. Click Ignore and then close and reopen the Edit Properties dialog when you see the error.
There are two possible work arounds for the error:
- Export the property and import it. Edit the imported copy as you would normally.
- Use Analyses.
