Why do my BES/TEM Services not start when using Domain/User account?

Problem(Abstract)

The issue occurs while installing a TEM Server on a Windows 2008 platform and you attempt to change a Service from "Local System" to a domain account.

Resolving the problem

Windows 2008 requires the following changes for entering domain accounts;


Entering the domain user account with the traditional - Domain/User - does NOT work.


Try the following:
Enter the domain user account with - <User>@<Domain>.com
