Fixlets created using the Software Distribution dashboard fail to download files.

Resolving the problem

File downloads are assisted by a download plugin on the TEM Server.

  1. Navigate to Systems Lifecycle > Software Distribution > Setup
  2. Run the "BES Server: Register Download Plugin for Software Distribution" Task.

After this Task completes, downloads should succeed. Actions may need to be restarted if they have expired.
