TEM Console Unexpected Error..... "ReadX509File failed"
When propagating via the TEM Console I encounter the following error: Unexpected Error..... "ReadX509File failed"
Resolving the problem
This problem may be caused by a corrupt file. To fix it, follow the following steps: The problem appears to have been a corrupted __RevocationStore file, this file is kept with the TEM Console cache but is not cleared when using the Clear Cache button in the TEM Console.
- Login to the system.
- Stop the TEM Console from running.
- Navigate to the following directory under your login drive:
\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Application Data\BigFix
where USER is your user login.
- Remove the contents of the directory, including the console cache and the __RevocationStore file.
