Troubleshooting License authorization error
How do I troubleshoot License authorization error "Indicated file isn't a valid license authorization:class NotASignedMessage"?
When I browse to the file and select it, I receive the following error message:

Resolving the problem
I am attempting to install TEM using an license authorization token that I received from the licensing group at TEM. However, when I browse to the file and select it, I receive the above error message and cannot continue. How can I solve this?
This issue is due to a corrupted TEM license authorization file which can be caused by a mailer stripping the contents from the file. Try downloading the TEM license authorization file via a different mailer and verify the file is not empty after downloading.
