Problem(Abstract)

For patching purposes, the TEM Client will need to be deployed in the global zone (zone 0).

Resolving the problem

Yes. For patching purposes, the TEM Client will need to be deployed in the global zone (zone 0). After installing the TEM Client in the global zone, you will be able to patch the computer as you would any other within TEM using one of the Patches for Solaris Fixlet sites.

Note: System patches must be applied to the global zone. In most cases, all non-global zones are patched automatically once the global zone is patched.
