Why do the TEM Client logs contain 'Command failed (Masthead not found)'?

Problem(Abstract)

The TEM Client will log this message when it is evaluating an evaluation version of a Fixlet site masthead but the TEM Client was not installed using an evaluation masthead.

Resolving the problem

The TEM Client will log this message when it is evaluating an evaluation version of a Fixlet site masthead but the TEM Client was not installed using an evaluation masthead. These messages will not cause any problems on the TEM Client computers and can be safely ignored but the TEM Clients will not report relevant for any Fixlets from the site as that site is only valid on evaluation installations.

You will need to use the production version of the Fixlet site masthead instead of the evaluation version to use the Fixlets. Please contact tem@dk.ibm.com to receive the correct production versions of the masthead.
