Solution for the TEM Client installer error: "Error Number: 0x8002802B"

Resolving the problem

This is an error from the InstallShield software that TEM uses to create the TEM Client installer and likely will occur if other applications are installed with the same version of InstallShield.

We have found that this problem can be fixed by deleting the InstallShield files stored at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional" then re-running the installation.
