InstallShield Error Number: 0x80040706 received when logged in user does not have DCOM rights on local computer.

Resolving the problem

This error can occur if the logged in user does not have DCOM rights to the local computer. This might occur if the computer has been hardened with aggressive security standards. Try to run DCOMCNFG.EXE and go under default security and add the name of the user you are using to install the BigFix Client.
