TEM Diagnostics is giving me a warning that my "BES Plugins" don't work

This includes Client Register Plugin, Post Resuls Plugin, BESGatherMirror Plugin, BESGatherMirrorNew Plugin, BESMirrorRequest Plugin, errors.

Resolving the problem

The BES Plugins are responsible for communicating with the BES Clients and may fail for a number of reasons. Verify the following on the BES Server computer:

    Try the following:
  • Verify that the service "BES Root Server" is installed and started in your Windows services dialog.
  • Stop and then start the BES Root Server.

If the BES Plugins still do not work or if you have any questions, please contact Technical Support.
