What does it mean when the "Component Applicability" tab of my TEM Console shows "unknown" in the column labeled "Applicable Computer Count"?


The "Component Applicability" tab for the baselines shows the status of the "source Fixlets" when showing you which parts of the baseline are relevant to a TEM Client computer. If the Fixlet message in the baseline is different from the source Fixlet message (this can happen if the source Fixlet message was changed after it was added to the baseline), then the component applicability tab will report "unknown".

You can fix this by editing the Baseline and using the "Sync All Components" button.
