Problem

The GTP failed with an error message after import the Planning application to a new server

Symptom

The following error messages are generated:
"The Go To Production process failed.

Verify the Dispatcher-URI in IBM Cognos Configuration.

Resolving The Problem

Modified the Dispatcher-URI for external application in IBM Cognos Configuration. Use the correct URI and port number
