Host On-Demand P12Keyring utility fails with Java exception

Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)

Attempts to add a new certificate to the CustomizedCAs.p12 file using the P12Keyring utility results in the Java exception "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError" and the certificate is not added to the p12 file.

Symptom

The Rational Host On-Demand administrator is unable to issue the command to add certificates to the CustomizedCAs.p12 file from an OMVS or telnet command line.
