Supportability for a Unix-based Optim server running against Microsoft SQL Server

Technote (FAQ)

Question

Does IBM support a Unix-based Optim server running against SQL Server ?

Answer

Currently, the answer is no, because Microsoft SQL Server is not ported to a Unix environment.

Instead, an Optim Server running on Windows should be installed and used for the desired scenario.
