Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to export work items to CSV when using 'Internal Values' fail with IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).
Symptom
Exporting work items with customization to CSV fails.
Cause
The CSV configuration was selected to use "Internal Value" instead of the "Label". This has been identified in Defect jazz.net work item 101719 and has been resolved in 3.0.
Resolving the problem
Upgrade to 3.0 to resolve this behaviour.
WORKAROUND:
Instead of selecting the "Internal Value" ensure that the "Label" is selected for export.
