Problem

Occasionally a phone number is still listed as available in the transfer list after a user has transferred a conference call to it.

Resolving the problem

This is a known issue. After transferring a conference call to an external number, occasionally the number still appears as an option to which the call can be transferred.

Note: This technote also applies to 8.5.2 Interim Feature Release 1.
