Portal Fixpack upgrade fails with exception WASX7011E Cannot find file secuirtyProcs.jacl and LTPA_LDAPSecurityProcs.jacl

When upgrading Portal, an exception can occur if the securityProcs.jacl and

LTPA_LDAPSecurityProcs.jacl scripts are not found in the defined location in

Portal is unable to find scripts defined by attribute in file.

Diagnosing the problem

Doing a search for the files, they were found on the local system at:


Yet the file was using a linux path to access the files.

Resolving the problem

The solution was to modify attribute in the file located at C:/IBM/WebSphere/wp_profile/properties/ directory.;/opt/app/AppServer/bin/LTPA_LDAPSecurityProcs.jacl
