Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to SMP/E ACCEPT result in RC=12 when using IBM Tivoli zSecure Command Verifier 1.12.
Symptom
In addition to the SMP/E ACCEPT RC=12, the following link edit messages are seen:

Diagnosing the problem
Check the SMP/E OPTIONS settings for utility HEWL - it must be set to at least 4 in order for the ACCEPT to complete successfully.
Resolving the problem
Change the SMP/E OPTION parameter for HEWL to at least 4.
Supplied job C4RJSMPA has been modified in post 1.12 releases of zSecure Command Verifier to do this setting properly.
