How do I change the Primary and/or the Technical Contact of the company?
The IBM eCustomer Care team assists our customer's with changing Primary and Technical Contact information. eCustomer Care can be contacted via email.
In your request for a change of Contact information include the following:
(1) The IBM Customer Number of your organization.
(2) If your organization has more than one IBM Site ID, include the Site ID.
(3) First name and last name of the previous Contact.
(4) First name and last name of the individual to be designated as the new Contact.
(5) Phone number of the individual to be designated as the new Contact.
(6) Email address of the individual to be designated as the new Contact.
You should receive a response within 24 hours.
