Troubleshooting
Problem
After installing Chinese language successfully, the Chinese Help will not work
Symptom
When trying to access Chinese help you get the error message "Page cannot be displayed"
Resolving The Problem
Navigate to the following directory C:\ibm\SMP\maximo\applications\maximohelp\helpweb\webmodule and change the folder name zh_CN to zh, rebuild and redeploy the maximohelp ear and retest.
