Concurrent requests to SAP Adapter fail with JCO_ERROR_CONCURRENT_CALL

Troubleshooting


Problem

JCA SAP Adapter outbound module on WebSphere Process Server V7.0 fails with an exception during runtime.

Symptom

The following exception is thrown:

Cause

When there are multiple PARALLEL outbound requests sent randomly from the SAP Adapter, the Adapter runs into the JCO_ERROR_CONCURRENT_CALL exception indicating the request failure.

Resolving The Problem

This issue has been fixed in 7001_IF10 and 7003_IF02.
