IBM Support

ITIC missing commandLine.sh and commandLine.bat scripts

Troubleshooting

Problem

After installing ITIC 7.2.1 or 7.2.2, we cannot find the commandLine.sh/bat file in order to load the mappings.

Cause

This has been identified as a product defect under APAR IZ90427. The commandLine.sh/bat scripts were replaced by the executeMapping.sh/bat in ITIC 7.2.1 and later.

Resolving The Problem

Use the executeMapping.sh or executeMapping.bat file instead of the commandLine script. It has the same syntax.
