TPC-R buttons and functions grayed out in browser GUI

Examples of this problem include the "actions" list when viewing a replication session will display all actions in the list grayed out, and various buttons in the GUI will not function when clicked.

Default browser security settings prevent scripting from running on web pages.

Several default browser settings need to be changed to enable all functionality in the TPC-R GUI:

For MS Internet Explorer - from the Tools menu, select Internet Options:

Disable the Pop-up Blocker function from the following locations
1. On the Privacy tab, confirm that the "Block pop-ups" setting is not selected.
2. On the Security tab, select Internet, then click on the "custom level" button. Under the Miscellaneous sub-tree, verify that the "Use Pop-up Blocker" option is disabled.

Allow JavaScript functions to run:
1. On the Security tab select Internet, then click the "custom level" button. IN the scripting sub-tree, confirm that all scripting options are enabled, as follows:


Set privacy level:
1. On the Privacy tab choose the settings tab, and adjust the slider to "Medium"

For Mozilla Firefox - from the Tools menu, select Options:
Navigate to the "content" panel, and ensure the pop-up blocker is disabled and scripting is enabled, as is shown here:
