Troubleshooting
Problem
Tivoli Key Lifecycle Manager install fails during the installation of DB2 with code CTGKM9014I on a supported Windows platform.
Resolving The Problem
If this error is encountered, check the tklm_middleware_setup.log file and see if the following error exist in this log:
SQL0440N No authorized routine named "COLLATIONNAME" of type "FUNCTION" having compatible arguments was found. SQLSTATE=42884
"db2 stop database manager force"
db2idrop -f tklmdb2
Return 4
If so this probably indicates an error with Sophos Anti-Virus software blocking the deployment of DB2. Disabling Sophos while performing the install should fix the problem.
