Tivoli Enterprise Portal login fails using sysadmin even though it worked before and nothing has changed.
This can happen when the sysadmin windows account password has expired.
Resolving the problem
If this is an existing installation and the sysadmin login was working before and nothing was changed, the sysadmin password may have expired.
By default the sysadmin account password will use the windows system password expiration period. If this is the case, reset the password and try logging in again.
To prevent the password from expiring, select the Password Never Expire option using the Windows Users Management function.
