Abstract
The Replication Center that comes with the DB2 client in DB2 Connect Personal Edition Version 9.7 Fix Pack 3a, or with DB2 Enterprise Server Edition Version 9.7 Fix Pack 3a, cannot create Apply control tables for SQL replication on z/OS.

The Replication Center at V9.7 Fix Pack 3a is the only version of the Replication Center that administers InfoSphere Replication Server for z/OS, 10. If you do not need Version 10 Apply control tables, you can use a version of the Replication Center other than V9.7 Fix Pack 3a.
You can also create Version 10 Apply control tables by using the CREATE CONTROL TABLES FOR command in the ASNCLP command-line program, or use one of the following sample scripts:
- ASNCTLZD sample job in the SASNSAMP sample data set
- asnctlw.sql sample in the SQLLIB/samples/repl/sql directory
