Unable to launch an eForm Document Policy when Timezone not set to Default in WorkplaceXT Site Preferences

Problem(Abstract)


Setting the timezone in IBM ECM P8 WorkplaceXT Site Preferences\General Settings to anything other than the "Default" value will cause an error to occur when you launch an IBM ECM P8 eForm (eForm) Document Policy.

Symptom

Error Message:

The browser timezone is not configured



Resolving the problem

Upgrade to 1.1.4.8-WPXT-FP008 or a later fixpack.
