Problem
Unable to run reply command after issuing the checkin command.
Cause
Admin does not have enough authority
Diagnosing The Problem
From admin command line issue:
Query admin <admin> f=d
Review the privileges the admin has.
Activity log may show:
checkin libv <library> search=bulk stat=scr checkl=barcode
query request
reply xxx
ANR2035E Reply: Administrator XXX is not authorized to issue this command.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve the issue, grant either system or operator privileges to the admin. Use the grant authority command.
