Abstract
If you are using WebSphere Business Modeler Advanced V7.0 Fix Pack 7.0.0.3, all open editors must be closed before checking out a project from a repository.

In WebSphere Business Modeler Advanced V7.0 Fix Pack 7.0.0.3 the entire workspace is validated on a check-out and this results in some issues which subsequently cause failed saves in the process editor.
Workaround:
For users with WebSphere Business Modeler Advanced V7.0 Fix Pack 7.0.0.3 installed:
All open editors must be closed prior to checking out a project from a repository.
