How do you access Technical Support for IBM Security Systems products?

Answer

Remote technical support is available electronically via the Web or by telephone. The IBM Software Support team is available to help troubleshoot and resolve your software problems or answer your questions related to the installation or operation of supported IBM Security Systems products.

Telephone (voice) support
Visit the Directory of worldwide contacts to find the telephone number for your local IBM Support Center. On the Directory of worldwide contacts page, click the link for the country that corresponds to your location and look for the section entitled Support (see example below) to find your local IBM Software Support telephone number.
