How do you contact Customer Support for IBM Security Systems?

Customer Support for IBM Security Systems is available by telephone or electronically via the Web. Visit the IBM Security Systems page on ibm.com for more information or to view a list of our products and services.
Telephone (voice) support
Visit the Directory of worldwide contacts to find the telephone number for your local IBM Support Center. On the Directory of worldwide contacts page, click on the country link that corresponds to your location and look for the section entitled Support (see example below) to find the IBM Software Support telephone number.
Please note: When contacting IBM Software Support by telephone, please listen carefully to the prompts and always select option 2 for Software Support. Support for IBM Security products, including IBM Security Network IPS appliances, is provided by IBM Software Support. When contacting IBM Software Support, please be prepared to provide your IBM Customer Number (ICN).
