Abstract
IBM Support Assistant (ISA) Lite tools are available for many IBM Maximo related products. ISA Lite simplifies the collection of critical data for use when opening a PMR.
Content
When a PMR is opened certain critical information is required to help in the discovery process. We recognize that the collection of this information can be resource and time consuming so we have developed tools to help.
The ISA Lite collectors are an extension of the ISA desktop toolkit that IBM provides for free to help you resolve problems. ISA Lite collectors are only a few megabytes in size and are completely self contained so you can run them in any environment or on any server where the information we need resides. To use them, all you need to do is download them and follow the readme instructions.
NOTE: You may need to run a collector on multiple servers to collect information relevant to your issue.
Collectors are currently available for the following Maximo based functionality:
1) Go to the following IBM download link:
http://www.ibm.com/software/support/isa/download.html
2) Select Tivoli from the "brand" drop down box
3) Select your product from the "product" drop down box
4) Click the "Download" link
