Rational Directory Server version shows as 184.108.40.206 after upgrading to Rational Directory Server 220.127.116.11
After you upgrade IBM Rational Directory Server (RDS) from 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124, you may still see the version of IBM Rational Directory Server as 126.96.36.199.
The version number of RDS shows 188.8.131.52 in the About RDS window (Login to RDA > Help > About RDS) and also in About DOORS window (Login to DOORS > Help > About DOORS) after upgrading RDS to 184.108.40.206 (Fix Pack2) version.
This behavior is observed when the Microsoft Windows user account used for upgrading RDS to 220.127.116.11 (Fix Pack2) is different from the Microsoft Windows user account which was initially used while installing RDS 18.104.22.168.
Resolving the problem
To resolve this, you will have to login to Microsoft Windows with the same user account that is used while installing RDS 22.214.171.124 and then re-run the installation of RDS 126.96.36.199 (Fix Pack2).
