Problem
IBM FileNet IDM Web Services unable to display document. Unable to display document Error retrieving page 1 500 Internal Server Error
Cause
FnRend.dll missing required permission.
Resolving The Problem
- Add permission to \FileNet\IDM\ with right click on folder --> Property --> Security and set Everyone = Full Control
- Add \FileNet\IDM\FnRend.dll with right click on file --> Property --> Security and set Everyone = Full Control
