Abstract

TSOM fixes [prior to Fix Pack 011] are freely downloadable from the TSOM Support Portal. Starting with Fix Pack 011, all future upgrades must be downloaded via Fix Central.

All Tivoli Security Operations Manager v4.1.1 fixes [prior to Fix Pack 011] are freely downloadable from the Downloads section of the TSOM Support Portal. Starting with Fix Pack 011, all future upgrades must be downloaded via Fix Central. The support portal will still provide links to future downloads. However, the actual download link will redirect to Fix Central.

This means customers now require a valid IBM ID and must be entitled to download TSOM upgrades. (If you do not have an IBM ID, visit Fix Central and select "register" on the upper right hand corner of the page.)
