EIF Installed as non-root User may fail - /etc/TME

Technote (troubleshooting)

Linux or UNIX users can run the EIF installer either as root or as non-root. However, if running as a non-root user the install will fail because the non-root user does not have permission to create /etc/TME.

Resolving the problem

If a non-root User is used to perform the install, the /etc/TME directory should be created by the root User prior to installation.
