TM1 install generates error message "enummonitors_failed error (1722)"

Troubleshooting


Problem

TM1 Install of PDFCamp driver fails.

Symptom

During TM1 install the user experiences this error message:

Very PDF Add Printer
enummonitors_failed error (1722) - the rpc server is unavailable

Resolving The Problem

Open Services window : Start> Run > Services.msc

Start (or restart) the Print Spooler service
