zSecure Alert emails are not being sent

Technote (troubleshooting)


Despite setting up alerts for 1205 and 1206, we are not getting email notifications when they've been triggered.

Diagnosing the problem

We are currently running with the following member:

I've dynamically removed and added a dataset to the linklist and seen nothing.

I'm not seeing any output in the TCPSMTP logfile to indicate

anything was generated. I'm also not seeing anything generated

in the C2POLICE C2RSMTP file.

Resolving the problem

This problem has been rectified in zSecure 1.11. For releases prior to that, use the following workaround:

Fill in the Reply-to field
Remove the check for "Write e-mails to C2RSMTP DD"
