RC=16 when running C2EJSTRT/C2EAUDIT for z/OS Agent

Job C2EJSTRT and/or proc C2EAUDIT fails to run, with Return Code 16 and the above message.

In order to collect TSO password change information in z/OS releases prior to z/OS 1.7, this exit was included in the C2EAUDIT proc. After z/OS 1.7 the exit is no longer required, but the step has been kept in the proc to accommodate all releases.

If you receive the above error messages, comment out or remove the first step in the C2EAUDIT proc. The step statements are as follows:
