Problem
Database Backup fails with ANR2968E, sqlcode: -2033, and sqlerrmc: 106.
Symptom
ANR2968E Database backup terminated. DB2 sqlcode: -2033. DB2 sqlerrmc: 106. messages seen
Resolving The Problem
This is caused by using quotation marks around the paths found in the tsmdbmgr.env file. The paths in this file should not have quotation marks around the paths. It is recommended that you use a path that does not contain spaces or use the Windows short name for the path.
