Previously discovered NE is missing from new discovery
Resolving the problem
When the following parameter is set to 'true' all the other network elements not found in that particular discovery profile will be deleted from the NE Management list. The network elements will also be deleted when we get a 'time-out' during discoveries.

Re-start PTN
Re-run discovery profile
Re-run asset polling on the re-discovered entities.
Now an NE will be cumulatively discovered and not removed.
