IBM Education Assistant is a collection of multimedia educational modules designed to help you gain a better understanding of IBM software products and use them more effectively to meet your business requirements

*Running and scheduling reports
In detail, the information provided in IEA is role and task based to demonstrate how to accomplish "specific" tasks in your software product(s). The term coined for this is aptly named "Just in Time" training.
. Modules consist of the following types of content::
Presentations (many with audio) - provide an overview of a product or technology or a more in-depth look at a particular product component or feature. Presentations are available in both Flash and PDF formats
Demonstrations - show you how to complete a specific task or configuration (in Flash format) and provide background information to help you understand the options available
Tutorials - provide instructions and all files necessary to complete a practice lab scenario in your own environment
